ezAdressen supports individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the structured management of addresses, appointments, and documents. The application offers a clear, intuitive user interface and facilitates daily communication. Appointments, correspondence, and important documents are always readily available and clearly organized.

Start menu and role definitions

ezAddresses - Start Menu

 

The Start menu contains the most important functions. The four rightmost buttons of the Start menu are assigned to the roles defined above. Only the addresses assigned to each role are then displayed. Essentially, a predefined filter is in place.

Calendar in Outlook design

 

The Outlook-style calendar, with various daily, weekly, and monthly views, displays all appointments for which the "Add to calendar" box is checked. New appointments can be created, and existing appointments can be edited, moved, or deleted.
