Seminar software for structured course and participant management


ezKurs supports seminar centers and educational institutions in the clear organization of courses and participants. The software combines course and personnel management with integrated order processing, invoicing, and task and appointment management. All information is centrally available, processes remain transparent, and recurring tasks can be reliably planned – for noticeable relief in day-to-day organization.
The ezKurs Dashboard

The seminar software for course and participant management ezKurs offers a dashboard with a variety of information and functions on current courses and assignments, tasks and deadlines, and statistical data such as the number of people and documents, and much more.
The dashboard can be set to start automatically when the program starts and can be turned on via the system tray menu.
Start window "Overdue invoices"
This start window displays an overview of upcoming invoices in three lists: The red section at the top shows invoices whose due date has already passed and are therefore due for a reminder. The yellow section in the middle shows open invoices whose due date has not yet been reached. The green section at the bottom shows orders for which invoices have not yet been issued.
The start window can be set to start automatically when the program starts and can also be turned on via the system tray menu.

The course list

This list uses a traffic light system to clearly indicate which courses are fully booked, almost fully booked, or still have enough places available. Red text indicates that the course is fully booked or even overbooked. Yellow text shows that only two places remain, meaning it is almost fully booked. Green means that there are still enough places available in this course.
