A look at our company history
2023
Since 2023, the headquarters have been located in the canton of Thurgau, initially in Wagenhausen, and since 2025 in Diessenhofen. While the office in Karlsruhe has been closed, the partnership with the Spanish company in Cala Murada remains in place.
2019
From 2019 to 2023, the headquarters were located in the canton of Lucerne, Switzerland, supplemented by a partner company in Cala Murada (Spain) and an office in Karlsruhe.
2001
At the beginning of 2001, the company moved to Schönaich, which involved a change of company name and registration under the new name "ezSoftware eK" in the commercial register of Böblingen.
In 2010, the company relocated its headquarters to Passau.
1998
Since 1998, we have distributed our proprietary software solutions exclusively online. Our product portfolio includes, among others, the insurance software KVV (ezMakler), the seminar management system ezKurs, the holiday apartment management system FeWo24, as well as various office applications such as ezAuftrag, ezBank and ezContact.
1989
ezSoftware was originally founded as a sole proprietorship "comsia computer service" in Leonberg and has been dedicated to developing its own software from the very beginning.
Over several years, the business was expanded to include network services as well as the sale and installation of hardware.
