Holiday apartment management with interactive occupancy calendar
FeWo24 significantly simplifies the management of vacation rentals, apartments, guesthouses, and hotels. The interactive occupancy calendar clearly displays all stays and allows for changes with a single click. Booking confirmations, invoices, and occupancy plans are generated automatically. This gives landlords a clear, flexible, and stress-free overview of guests, occupancy, and income at all times.
The FeWo24 Dashboard
The holiday apartment management system with interactive occupancy calendar FeWo24 offers a dashboard with a variety of information and functions on current arrivals and departures, tasks and appointments, and statistical data such as number of people and documents, and much more.
The dashboard can be set to start automatically when the program starts and can be turned on via the system tray menu.
Start window "Arrivals and Departures"
This start window displays an overview with three lists showing current arrivals and departures, as well as outstanding stays: First, in the green area, the current arrivals, configurable from today or tomorrow plus X days. Then, in the yellow area, the current departures, also configurable from today or tomorrow plus X days. Finally, in the red area, the outstanding stays, i.e., unpaid deposits or remaining payments.

The interactive occupancy calendar
A very central and powerful tool is the occupancy calendar, which allows you to directly create offers and book stays. The overview of all stays in all apartments for the current two months lets you see at a glance where there is still availability for further bookings.
